After much reflection, I have made the decision to retire from my medical practice on June 30, 2026.

It has been a privilege for me to be a physician at Tustin Irvine Internal Medicine Group, providing medical care to you and others in the community for 39 years. The relationships I have built with my patients are deeply meaningful to me, and I am honored to have been entrusted with your healthcare.

Together, we have navigated health challenges, celebrated successes, and worked towards your wellbeing. These years have been some of the most rewarding and purposeful of my life, and I am immensely grateful for the trust and friendship we have shared.

As I approach this next chapter of my life, my priority is to ensure a smooth transition for you, so that your care remains consistent and uninterrupted. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healthcare journey. I wish you the best of health and happiness.

We are pleased to introduce the newest physician to our practice, Dr. Neha Savalia, M.D. Dr. Savalia will be joining our practice on July 1, 2026.

Dr. Savalia is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been serving our community for many decades. She completed medical school at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School and her internal medicine residency at University of California, Irvine (UCI), where she trained medical students and resident physicians as chief resident. She then spent nearly 20 years caring for patients at St. Jude Heritage Medical Group in Yorba Linda, CA.

Dr. Savalia is excited to join the team at Tustin Irvine Internal Medicine Group and looks forward to serving patients in our community. She is dedicated to providing high quality health care and working with patients to help them achieve their best health.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Savalia enjoys staying active through strength training, walking the Irvine trails, and hiking. She is an avid traveler who loves exploring international destinations and making her way through the national parks.
